Remove the protective wrapping, but leave the tie around the stems in place if you
would like the bouquet to keep its arranged shape. Use a clean vase, trim
approximately 1–2 cm from the stems at a 45-degree angle, and place the
bouquet in fresh, cool water.

If the bouquet you received contains a foam, you can use the arrangement as is
but simply fill the water carefully to the bottom of the bouquet.

Check the water level every day and top it up with fresh, cool water as needed.
Every two to three days, empty and clean the vase, refill it with fresh water, and
trim the stems slightly before returning the flowers. Remove any wilted flowers or
fallen leaves promptly.

For best results, change the water every two to three days—or sooner if it
becomes cloudy. Always use a clean vase and remove any leaves or petals from
the water, as plant material can encourage bacterial growth and shorten the life of
your flowers.

Keep fresh flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heating vents,
fireplaces, strong drafts, and air conditioners. Avoid placing them beside ripening
fruit, which naturally releases ethylene gas that can cause flowers to age more
quickly.

Vase life varies according to the flower variety, its stage of bloom, and the

conditions in your home. Many cut flowers last approximately five to seven days
with proper care, while some varieties may last longer. Fresh water, a clean vase,
and a cool location make the greatest difference.

Remove the flowers from the vase, recut the stems at an angle with clean scissors
or floral shears, and place them in fresh water. Check that no foliage is below the
waterline. Allow the flowers time to rehydrate in a cool area; some varieties may
recover after several hours.

Add a small amount of fresh water every day so the floral foam remains moist.
Pour slowly near the centre or back of the arrangement and take care not to
overfill the container. Keep the arrangement cool and remove fading flowers as
needed.

No. Some flowers and plants can be harmful to cats, dogs, or other pets. Lilies are
especially dangerous to cats. Keep all arrangements out of reach and tell our team
about any pets in the home when ordering so we can recommend suitable options.
If you believe a pet has eaten part of a flower or plant, contact a veterinarian
immediately.

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so colour, size, and availability can vary. Our
florists may make thoughtful substitutions when necessary while preserving the
overall style, colour palette, value, and feeling of the arrangement.

Yes. Reliable delivery and on-site setup are available throughout Toronto,
Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and the wider GTA. The scope and timing will be
planned according to your venue, event schedule, and floral designs. Any delivery
and setup fees will be included in your proposal.
