How do I place an order for same day delivery?

To place an order for same-day delivery, simply make sure your order is completed by 11 AM on the day you'd like it delivered. Orders placed before 11 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. After 11 AM, your order will be processed for the next available delivery window.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within our daily delivery window, which is between 11 AM and 8 PM. If you have a specific time window in mind, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

If the recipient is not home to receive the flowers, don’t worry! If you're unsure whether they'll be available, please let us know, and we’ll give them a call before heading out for delivery.

If they’re still not available at the time of delivery, we’ll reach out to the provided phone number to arrange an alternative delivery plan and ensure the flowers are received promptly.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing the freshest, highest quality flowers. However, because flowers are a product of nature, minor imperfections or slight damage can occasionally occur. If you notice any issues with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, unfortunately, a refund will not be issued. For large orders, we recommend speaking directly with one of our floral consultants to discuss any changes or cancellations.

How do I extend the life of my fresh cut flowers?

To extend the life of your fresh cut flowers, be sure to replenish the water every 2-3 days and keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight. As some flowers start to fade, it's a good idea to remove them from the arrangement to help the remaining flowers last longer. Additionally, trimming the stems by about an inch every few days can help them absorb water more efficiently. With a little care, your flowers can stay fresh and beautiful for longer!
